On the 17th of January, we started the implementation of the “Queue managing system” on the Oncology Service. “Queue Managing System” project was built in cooperation between the Oncology Service and the Telemedicine Center of Tirana. During this project we developed the reception and patient queue managing system. This project consisted of the hardware and software, which were integrated in the present reception. The system managed to reduce the rate of patient waiting time, to discipline the patient distribution and to increase over all patient satisfaction.
